FUNCTION: Finance

LOCATION: Monterrey, Mexico

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Support End Markets delivering their Profit and Cash Flow targets.
• Provide reports of the performance of each End Market.
• Reporting Financial Statements.
• Cash Flow Management and Forecasting.
• Delivery of Financial Assessments to Finance Lead Team.
• Find Potential Risk and Opportunities to deliver expected results.
• Manage and control of expenses with different stakeholders.
• Drive financial strategy for current year and the next.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Finance.
• Finance / Economics Major
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and SAP.
• Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced)
• Capable to understand and analyze impacts of business decisions on financial results.
• Have strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Proactive and willing to continuous development.
• Be an inspiring and engaging individual capable to influence around different areas.
• Be driven and ambitious.

BENEFICIAL

• Previous experience in any FMCG.
• Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
• Strong experience with Power BI reporting
